I was skeptical if the 12hr slow cooked beef brisket so I ordered it on the side and it was actually really nice, soft and juicy but I recommend having it in a burger 🍔 Staff noticed I didn't have cutlery and offered some, a great suggestion.
The 3xcookie thick shake is great, it's mixed really well in the photo but actually has a lot of crunch & tastes fantastic!
Staff very helpful with ordering and breaking down the menu because it's blurry on the website. I just gave them a ring and the rest is history 😍
Service was great and staff were super friendly and welcoming, even though we came close to closing time. Had the Getta BBC, Getta Filthy and Getta Fries. Both were made nicely- the cheese was melted beautifully, the mozzarella sticks were crispy and the beef patties were not greasy at all, but both lacked a bit of bbq sauce, however the staff was very understanding and kindly gave us a little more. Also must mention, love the cute packaging!
Burgers made the hard way… really!? Doesn’t live up to the claim. In 3 years the quality has been hit and miss and more of a miss lately. The Brisket burger used to be amazing, the last one you couldn’t even call it brisket, it was like dry pulled pork/beef Doused in sauce. People who know what brisket should be will be disappointed. The chips are sometime excellent sometimes over cooked and dry. Never had so much inconsistency from a chain. Sorry for the bad review but it’s really not good enough for the premium burger and chips prices
The burgers here are really much better than McDonald's. Whether it is meatloaf or sauce, the price is very good.

I ordered a combo from Greta Burger Underwood through Uber Eats and it was a complete disaster. The food was incredibly salty, and after consuming it, I ended up vomiting twice. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Disappointing quality and a terrible aftermath.

I got getta bugers for the first time tonight.
I got 4 different bugers and two sides and atleast one thing was wrong with each of them.
Onion rings and sweet potato were nearly burnt ( Oil needs too be changed ASAP)
Chicken buger was dry as plus asked for added bacon and Chipotle
Chipotle wasn't even on it and for the bacon my dog didn't even eat it 😒
Mr mustard was nice needed more salt or pepper as it has next to no flavour in any of the meat.
Buns needs to be toasted
Over all very disappointed considering I paid over 70 dollars atleast have some things right and cooked correctly
Can confirm I won’t be going back. My partner and I are crazy for burgers and after seeing photos of the place, we were quite excited. However, the food was far from good. We dined in and received our food cold and could taste nothing but BBQ sauce on the burgers and fries. Safe to say maccas would’ve been a better option. Not to mention the price.. $50 for two burgers and loaded fries.
The staff here are really friendly and take pride in the food that they prepare . The food here is great with a choice between a regular sized burger and a big burger there burgers are packed full of filling and the drinks are good to I had a nutella milkshake and it was packed full of flavor the mozzarella sticks are really stretchy and tasty
